been meaning to do this so finally did while tossing around in bed on mc. so heres 2010

. finally got posted out of spec school to hqbmtc trgbr
. admin job, 8 to 5
. countless ferry rides over the course of 2010
. joined safsa dragonboat team
. spent 7 months of weekends training with them
. 7 days a week either travelling or training on a boat
. grew closer to tekong friends, since most of the time spent was on island
. alex, raymond, tracen, zac, jianxiong, charles, leo, ryan, weien, shuqin, bryan
. korean craze over snsd, lasted for about 6 months.
. started clubbing, pubbing, ktv, drinking, supper. loved it
. butterfac, rebel, cq, nus guildhouse, cozy
. memorable nights, opened countless bottles over the months, chivas, martell being favorites
. bought my first carbon fibre dragonboat paddle, trivium S12
. pk(solorow a full dboat) distance : 368m in 4minutes
. trained hard to fight for seat and eventually got seated in mixed 20 crew
. through zac, met a girl and dated for a month or so
. smoked my first cigarette, but never got hooked
. got my first 3G smartphone, blackberry 9000, became a avid bb user
. 1 week of attached out safsa training before sdbf
. june race : singapore dragonboat festival 2010
. managed to position in grand finals but came in 6th
. quit safsa, sold my paddle, training was interfering with church and personal life
. started attending church again, but wasn't the same
. grew closer to peiyi and became good friends over summer uni holidays
. zouk, movies, supper, hangout, yoguru, chunkfest 2010
. became bros with andy through fate and circumstance
. army was stressful, boring, alot of changes at work
. clubbed for 2 months(8 wednesdays) straight, into start of uni sems
. most memorable 2 jagers, 2 flamings, half a jug of long island in a night, turned up at commander's dialogue drunk but never got punished
. spent sundays playing volleyball at sentosa, got an islander card
. involved in yog, got to see chicks from all over the world
. mambo anniversary
. met shonia, got into a r/s after a month
. phuket, first ever holiday without family - snorkelling, elephant riding, rafting
. trips down to ubi, surprises, weekends with her
. end year tokyo trip with folks - the only world city to have ever visited, and loved it
. tokyo disneyland, ramen bars, shibuya, best raw tuna(maguro) ever tasted at tsujiki
. surprised her on her 23rd birthday with a duffy and cake
. eventually came to end things with her 4 days later
. pulled a 3 for 3 on the christmas week
. surprisingly, did not attend the last mambo of 2010
. organized a countdown rooftop pool party with the 515 from scratch just 3 days before new year's eve
. spent my longest ever in a jacuzzi : 2hours
. watched the fireworks from the rooftop and welcomed 2011 with old and new friends

since then 2011 has turned out pretty good so far, passed my tp and got my class 3, made some good friends and got closer to old ones. about ten more working days till i ORD, so i'm pretty happy about that too, can start planning how to spend my next few months until i start school, which i'm looking forward to as well.

life is funny, sometimes you don't plan to do things, sometimes you do, but if you seize every single day, you'll find it the most fufilling.
